WE'RE SELLING OUR BUILDING

WHO: New Mexico Humanities Council
WHAT: We’re selling our building
WHERE: Albuquerque, N.M.
WHEN: June, 2025

SHARE:

As many of you know, the New Mexico Humanities Council has been significantly impacted by the recent loss of our federal operating grant. In response, we are taking necessary steps to reduce overhead.

One of those steps includes the sale of our building, which has recently been listed. We’ve called this space home since 2011, after moving from our longtime location on the University of New Mexico campus. Over the years, it has served as the hub for our staff and hosted a wide range of public programs, gatherings, and planning sessions that helped shape humanities across our state.

We invite you to view and share the listing, available here.

Thank you for your continued support and encouragement during this transition. Every gesture of solidarity helps us in ways that energize our spirits and move us forward with strength.
